Job Description

What you’re responsible for :

• Enter purchase contracts into the system accurately and efficiently.
• Verify all entered orders for consistency and accuracy.
• Identify and correct data entry errors promptly.
• Coordinate daily administrative and clerical tasks for the department.
• Process and price shipping tickets for Montreal and Laval.
• Update market prices for incoming orders.
• Print purchase reports by trader.
• Maintain well‑organized, up‑to‑date records of all processed orders.
• Perform other related administrative tasks as required.
