Taps Public House, a renowned restaurant in Mississauga, Ontario, is looking for a motivated individual to join our team in a hybrid role as both a supervisor and server. As a key player in our establishment, you will have the opportunity to oversee and enhance the overall guest experience, ensuring that every visit is memorable. This role would be split up throughout the week providing opportunities to both serve and supervise the floor, providing valuable growth and experience opportunities for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do:As a Supervisor-Server Hybrid, you’ll play a dual role: providing top-notch guest service on the floor and supporting the management team in leading day-to-day operations. You’ll help set the tone for a seamless dining experience—leading by example and being a go-to support for your teammates.
