JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial and facilities projects supporting our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills, financial insight, and stakeholder engagement to deliver initiatives efficiently, safely, and in line with business goals.
Reporting to the Operations leadership team, the Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and deliver projects within defined scope, schedule, and budget, while driving continuous improvement in project management practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to closure, following recognized project management practices.
- Assess proposals, budgets, and resources to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and monitor project plans, apply corrective actions as needed, and manage risks to avoid cost or schedule overruns.
- Ensure adherence to scope, budget, and quality goals throughout execution.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, maintaining clear, timely communication.
- Provide accurate updates and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
- Keep projects aligned with business priorities and collaborate with internal teams (Facilities, PPR, MRE, Engineering, Operations) for seamless execution.
- Oversee contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure safe, on-time, and compliant project delivery.
- Support procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
- Capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement in project management practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary projects (facility upgrades, equipment installations, process optimization).
- Strong skills in budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and reporting abilities.
- PMP certification or equivalent training is an asset.
- Engineering license (OIQ) is an asset but not mandatory.

Language Requirements in Quebec
Intermediate level knowledge of English is necessary for aeronautical personnel to meet regulatory requirements, understand technical procedures and instructions, and document entries regarding work performed on the aeronautical product for customers outside Quebec.
