We at Top Hat are hiring on behalf of our client, a dynamic company operating across multiple industries. We’re looking for a talented Brand and Public Relation Manager to work closely with the company's leaders to help build and elevate their personal brands and social media presence.
About the Role :
As a PR Manager, your primary focus will be on developing and managing the personal branding and social media strategies for the company's leadership team. While you may occasionally support the company’s overall PR and branding efforts, the core of this role is helping leaders establish a strong, strategic presence aligned with the company’s goals and vision.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic social media plan and content calendar for individual leaders.
- Craft engaging and authentic content that reflects each leader’s unique voice while aligning with the company’s broader goals and values.
- Create and manage thought leadership content (articles, posts, podcasts, and interviews) to position leaders as industry experts.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics , adjusting strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Provide media training and communication support to leaders to enhance their public speaking and media interactions.
- Identify PR opportunities such as guest articles, speaking engagements, and panel invitations to increase visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment across platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to keep content fresh and competitive.
- Build and maintain relationships with media contacts to generate positive coverage and manage reputation.
- Support the company’s overall PR and social media strategy as needed.
What We’re Looking For :
At least 3 years of experience in PR, social media management, and personal branding.Strong strategic thinking and content creation skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.Experience working with leadership teams or C-level executives is seen as an asset.Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for professional branding.Why Join?
