As a Call Center Agent, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and provide tailored solutions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a team environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional service.What You'll Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and chat.
Listen attentively to customer needs and provide accurate and timely information, solutions, and assistance.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions, striving to exceed customer expectations.
Update customer accounts and records with relevant information and notes.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
