Job description
This is an excellent career opportunity to gain great experience, skill sets and have the potential for career advancement! Our client has been in business for over 100 years and are leaders in Protective Equipment industry and is currently looking for a Warehouse Associate. This role reports into the Warehouse Supervisor.

Les tâches

  • Manually unloading shipping containers (up to ~50 lbs with team lifts as needed).
  • Placing boxes onto conveyors for sorting and palletizing.
  • Validating container manifests for accuracy.
  • Working on your feet for the full shift in a team-based environment.
  • Clearly communicating with floor coordinators and teammates.
  • Actively modeling safe work practices and a positive team culture.
  • Participating in the daily 8:00 a.m. kickoff meeting for task assignments.
  • Performing other related warehouse duties as required.

Exigences du poste

  • Ability to perform ongoing manual labor.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required (with team lifts when needed).
  • Strong communication skills and safety awareness.
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude.
  • Comfortable standing and walking for the duration of the shift.
  • WMS/scanner experience and forklift experience are assets, but not required.
