At Graham, one of North America’s largest general contractors, we don’t just construct buildings, we create spaces that shape lives and strengthen communities. As part of our Buildings division, you will contribute to meaningful projects across the region, from hospitals and schools to entertainment venues and multi-family residences.

Here, your work has purpose. Your safety and growth are supported. And your impact is lasting.

Join a team that builds with commitment, reliability, and integrity. Apply today and help us build what matters.

This posting is for an expression of interest only and is intended to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities. A Jardeg recruiter will contact qualified candidates as opportunities arise

Your Impact Starts Here

Graham is actively recruiting for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our Buildings Division. Reporting to the District Manager, this role plays a key part in the successful delivery of complex commercial, institutional, and mixed-use construction projects. The Senior Project Coordinator provides leadership in project planning, cost control, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination while supporting project execution from pre-construction through closeout. Working closely with project teams, consultants, trade partners, and clients, you will help drive project performance, quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site

  • Lead Project Coordination: Support planning and execution activities including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, cost tracking, forecasting, and progress monitoring throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage Project Documentation & Contracts: Coordinate drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, site instructions, purchase orders, trade contracts, and project records to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
  • Drive Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate project meetings, track action items, prepare progress reports, and maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, trade partners, and internal teams
  • Support Construction Operations: Collaborate closely with site teams to monitor productivity, track costs, resolve project issues, and ensure milestones are achieved safely and efficiently
  • Champion Quality & Safety: Promote compliance with project-specific safety and quality plans, support inspections and audits, and help ensure industry-leading project performance standards are maintained

The Right Tools for the Job

Education: Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or a related field

Skills: Strong knowledge of construction processes, project controls, scheduling, contract administration, and cost management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software; strong communication and relationship-building skills

Experience: 5+ years of experience coordinating commercial, institutional, mixed-use, or high-rise building projects within a general contracting environment. Experience supporting projects valued at $40M+ is considered an asset

Compensation

  • Salary Range $80,000 to $100,000 per annum
  • Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
  • Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience
  • Flexible, comprehensive Health & Dental benefits plan designed to support your well‑being
