Are you ready to put your client service skills on the front line? Porsche of Halifax is excited to welcome a new Part-Time Receptionist!

Our Receptionists are the driving force behind our front-line operations. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they are welcomed, assisted, and directed in a professional and courteous manner. Alongside creating a positive first impression, your strong clerical and data entry skills will support the daily administrative functions of the dealership, providing a solid foundation for a rewarding journey in the automotive industry.

Hourly Wage Range: $17.20 - $18.90 - Hours include evening from 4pm - 7pm (Monday to Thursday) and 9am - 5pm on Saturday.

What You'll Do:

• Answering and forwarding telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner
• Greeting and assisting clients, ensuring they are directed appropriately
• Posting daily cash and preparing bank deposits
• Accurate data entry and record keeping
• General clerical support, including filing and document preparation
• Assisting with additional administrative tasks as required

What You Bring to the Team:

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Hardworking, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Post-secondary education in Office Administration is considered an asset but not required
