The story of our Shop Foreman, Jamie Ernst, reflects exactly who we are as an organization. Jamie joined Forbes Motors as an 18-year-old apprentice technician. Through hard work, continuous learning, technical excellence, and a commitment to helping others succeed, he advanced through the ranks to become our Shop Foreman and one of the dealership's most respected leaders.

Today, Jamie plays a critical role in mentoring technicians, supporting advisors, developing apprentices, and helping drive the success of the entire service operation.
