Residentiel Building Superintendant & Handyman

We are looking for a qualified person to take care of multi-unit buildings located in Longueuil. - General maintenance of buildings (light bulbs, faucets, floors, handles, moldings)- Receiving tenant calls (services)- Housekeeping (common areas and others)- Exterior maintenance (shoveling sidewalks and mowing lawns)- Taking out and replacing garbage and recycling bins during collections- Apartment rentals Up to 5 buildings within a 5 km radius (70 units) Base salary between $2800 / month (part-time) depending on the agreed workload. Hours paid in addition $$$ can be done (ex. painting apartments or other works). Company apartment available.
