Senior scrum master

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Scrum Master to join our team and lead Agile practices across complex, cross-functional teams within a supply chain environment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to guide teams in delivering high-impact solutions efficiently. This role requires a proactive leader who can foster collaboration, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Agile Facilitation : Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to ensure smooth Agile practices across teams.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and supply chain partners to define goals, prioritize backlogs, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Delivery Management : Track and manage sprint progress, ensuring timely delivery of sprint goals while addressing blockers and dependencies effectively.
• Team Empowerment : Mentor and coach Scrum teams to enhance Agile maturity, foster collaboration, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Metrics and Reporting : Monitor team performance through Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle time, providing insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Coordination : Work with other Scrum Masters and team leads to manage interdependencies, resolve conflicts, and drive cohesive execution across multiple teams.
• Process Improvement : Identify areas for process optimization and implement changes to improve productivity, quality, and overall team performance.
• Risk Management : Anticipate and manage risks, ensuring minimal disruption to sprint timelines and delivery objectives.
