About Our Client

Our client is an established company in the financial services and equipment leasing industry, supporting businesses with flexible financing and leasing solutions. They are seeking a motivated Internal Sales Support professional to join their team in North Vancouver.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive compensation, training, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Details

• Location: North Vancouver, BC
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Start Date: ASAP
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 per year
• Vacation: 20 days to start
• Benefits: Health benefits and RSP available after probation

• Mandarin language skills are preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the external sales team and dealer partners with lease requests and ongoing contract administration.
• Process lease transactions using internal systems, credit-scoring tools, and other software.
• Communicate with dealers and customers to obtain required information and documentation and help complete transactions efficiently.
• Complete follow-up administration and paperwork for finalized lease transactions.
• Assist with underwriting and processing lease requests.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and ensure documents are properly archived.
• Follow up with customers regarding missed payments and assist with collection-related activities.
• Respond to customer and end-user inquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Explain leasing products and services to existing and prospective customers and identify opportunities for the external sales team.
• Assist with direct mail and telephone marketing campaigns.
• Build positive relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Participate in company-sponsored training to develop knowledge of financial products, leasing processes, and sales skills.
• Assist with branch initiatives, special projects, and other administrative tasks as required.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to improve efficiency, customer service, and overall branch performance.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while meeting turnaround times and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a related role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and business partners by phone and email.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with computer systems and learning new software.
• Willingness and ability to learn basic financial analysis, credit processes, and leasing products.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive and flexible approach.
• Motivated by performance targets and team-based incentives.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to prioritize multiple requests and meet deadlines.
• Mandarin language skills are considered an asset and preferred.
• Previous experience in leasing or financial services is not required; comprehensive training will be provided.

Compensation & Benefits

• $55,000 – $60,000 annual salary
