They are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team in overseeing all minor maintenance repairs for a portfolio in the Hamilton Region. Compensation
$50,000 – $55,000 base salary + other generous compensation perks, creating a comprehensive compensation package.
Position Description
We are looking for a dedicated, honest, fast paced, hardworking Maintenance Technician with the proven ability to work with a team of maintenance technicians/handymen, in overseeing a portfolio in Hamilton. A suitable candidate would be someone with a customer service mindset and the ability to effectively manage the day-to-day maintenance requests in priority sequence to ensure the safety and functionality of the properties on an on-going basis.
