Reporting to the Manager, Payload, the Aircraft Weight and Balance Agent (Load Planner) will be responsible for providing placement of passengers, baggage and cargo on the aircraft for the purpose of weight and balance.
- Aircraft load planning;
- Calculation of aircraft weight and balance;
- Managing the company table priority of load;
- Planning dangerous goods;
- Perform duties in accordance with established policies and procedures while giving primary consideration to personal safety, and the safety of co-workers and customers;
- Perform other related duties, as assigned.
- Familiarity with personal computers;
- Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment;
- Ability to work varying shifts;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
- Basic math skills;
- Clear and concise verbal communication;
- Effective and confident delivery of information.
- Previous aviation experience.
