Our client, a top banking client in Canada is looking to hire
Mail Clerk for their team with a contract for
3 Months (Onsite) in Toronto with potential extension or conversion to Permanent based on performance.
Accountabilities - Alongside the team of 3 this contractor would assist with working the new mail items in the morning
- Once Mail items are sorted accordingly the contractor will then spend the remainder of the day working to sort incoming documentation, scanning into the AS 400 system and printing emails to then scanned into the system for record keeping purposes
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: - 2-4 years experience in Administration
- Experience handling physical documentation
Nice-To-Have Skills: - Prior Mail Room experience
- Experience scanning with the AS 400 system
Soft Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- High attention to detail
- Computer Savvy
Degrees or certifications: - Bachelor's degree in related field
