Overview:
We are partnered with a leading healthcare organization to hire an experienced Senior Business Analyst. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, customer-focused professional who excels at turning data into actionable insights that drive business decisions, reporting, and process improvement. You will collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate analysis and reporting that supports healthcare operations and government requirements. This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility while working on meaningful, mission-driven initiatives.


What you will be doing:

• Lead and support moderate-to-complex analytics initiatives and reporting projects
• Translate business needs into clear data, reporting, and process requirements
• Analyze trends, performance metrics, and operational data to drive decisions
• Develop, deliver, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions
• Clearly communicate insights by “telling the story” behind the data
• Facilitate meetings, gather requirements, and manage stakeholder expectations
• Recommend process improvements through data analysis and technology solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, business teams, and vendors
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership
• Support continuous improvement and best practices across analytics processes

What you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or data analysis role
• Experience supporting moderate to complex projects
• Strong background in process documentation and process improvement
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to obtain a favorable DoD background investigation

Salary/Rate Rang: $97,000 – $112,000
depending on experience and location

• Fully remote, U.S.-based
• Standard business hours with occasional flexibility as needed
