Job descriptionInfosys is hiring for Senior telecom professional leading solution delivery, business analysis, and business process analysis for telecom delivery and transformation programs.Required Qualifications:Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Calgary Canada or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in Canada.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.Required Skills:Manage end-to-end delivery of telecom BSS, Order Entry, Order Management, Catalog, CPQ, billing, CRMAbility to gather requirements, assess solution impacts, prepare process flows, define functional requirements, and support delivery across cross-functional teamsCoordinate with business stakeholders, architects, PMs, technical leads, QA teams, operations, vendors, and third-party providersSupport successful product launches, release readiness, testing coordination, process improvement, stakeholder alignment, and post-launch issue resolution. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
