We are hiring a Warehouse Associate!

The Warehouse Associate will report directly to the Warehouse Team Lead, and aid in the success of the warehouse.
The successful candidates will have a positive attitude, the drive to succeed and the motivation to contribute to the Action Furnace team. This role involves various tasks related to inventory management, and general warehouse maintenance. The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:
This position will include, but not be limited to the following:
Shift Time: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday to Friday with alternating Saturdays from 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM.
Truck Replenishments
- Restocking inventory for trucks
Equipment Staging/Stocking
- Stocking items within the warehouse in an orderly and accessible fashion
Cycle Counts
- Complete the inventory counts as requested by the Warehouse Team Lead
- Communicate with Warehouse Team Lead on any discrepancies with orders and with equipment/material that needs to be ordered
Parts/Material Management
- Receiving and verifying shipments
- Preparing next day’s equipment/material for upcoming jobs
- Pick-up and delivery of parts from suppliers and travel to job site occasionally
Cleanliness
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space, optimizing storage and workflow efficiency
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience
- Organizational skills
- Forklift experience
- Valid drivers license for a minimum of 3 years and a clean driver abstract
- Physical fitness for lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items
- Experience with HVAC industry or related field is an asset
