Job description

SOMMAIRE DE L'EMPLOI

:

Assiste le gestionnaire du service avec les activités opérationnelles locales et régionales qui assure un service sécuritaire et de qualité. Dirige et supervise les secteurs suivants : la production, la cafétéria, les achats, la sanitation et la sécurité. Assure les meilleures pratiques de sélection et d’achats d’aliments et des produits thérapeutiques pour diverses clientèles. Remplace le gestionnaire de service en son absence. Participe activement au programme d’internat en diététique.

EXIGENCES :

  • Membre en règle de l’Association des Diététistes du Nouveau-Brunswick (ADNB);
  • Trois (3) ans d’expérience de travail pertinente;
  • Compétences dans l’utilisation de l’informatique;
  • Aptitudes reconnues dans l’organisation et la gestion de son travail;
  • Aptitudes reconnues pour l’enseignement, la communication et les rapports interpersonnels;
  • Aptitudes reconnues quant à la capacité de fonctionner dans un environnement de travail changeant;
  • Aptitudes reconnues en leadership;
  • Aptitudes reconnues en gestion de personnel;
  • Aptitudes reconnues dans la résolution de problème et la prise de décision;
  • Capacité de travailler en équipe et de façon autonome;
  • Capacité physique de faire le travail assigné;
  • Bon dossier de travail antérieur (rendement et assiduité);
  • Adhésion aux principes d'éthique professionnelle, à la philosophie de gestion du Réseau et aux valeurs organisationnelles;
  • Respect des règles de confidentialité du Réseau de santé Vitalité.
