- Full-time
Platform Engineer
Are you passionate about building reliable, scalable cloud platforms and automating the infrastructure that powers modern applications?
We’re looking for a Platform Engineer who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, improving developer experiences, and building secure, automated cloud environments. You’ll work across cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability, and application deployment, partnering closely with engineering and business teams.
This is an opportunity to have a meaningful impact on how applications are built, deployed, monitored, and operated at scale.
What You’ll Do
As a Platform Engineer, you will:
- Design, develop, and implement cloud-based applications and infrastructure solutions.
- Build and maintain secure, resilient cloud environments aligned with operational and security standards.
- Automate cloud infrastructure and platform operations using modern DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
- Implement and support containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure with a focus on scalability, reliability, performance, and security.
- Build reusable automation that improves infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and environment management.
- Support application deployments, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous integration activities.
- Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and dependable software delivery.
- Implement monitoring and observability practices that help teams proactively identify and resolve production issues.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation covering configurations, operational procedures, and platform standards.
- Champion security best practices throughout development, deployment, and day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with software engineers, infrastructure teams, security partners, and business stakeholders to drive operational excellence and continuous delivery.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience as a Platform Engineer, Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or in a comparable infrastructure-focused role.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform, such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Alibaba Cloud (AliCloud).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes.
- Practical experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile software development practices.
- Experience scripting and automating solutions using technologies such as Python, Bash, JavaScript, or Groovy.
- Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, including tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, or New Relic.
- Experience across both software development and infrastructure engineering.
- Understanding of cloud security, reliability, scalability, and operational best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
What Will Help You Stand Out
- Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
- Experience creating reusable Terraform modules and standardized infrastructure patterns.
- Strong knowledge of cloud networking, identity and access management, secrets management, and security.
- Experience improving developer productivity through platform automation and self-service capabilities.
- A passion for eliminating repetitive manual work through automation.
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex cloud or container-based production environments.
Why This Role?
You’ll be joining an environment where platform engineering is more than keeping infrastructure running. You’ll help create the automation, tooling, standards, and cloud foundations that allow engineering teams to move faster while maintaining security, resiliency, and operational excellence.
If you enjoy working at the intersection of cloud engineering, Kubernetes, DevOps, automation, and software development, we’d love to hear from you.
