Your Role as an LPN
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing residents’ well-being through attentive and personalized care. Responsibilities include:
- Observing, monitoring, and documenting residents’ physical and psychological conditions
- Providing personal care and assisting with daily needs
- Supporting emergency staff scheduling
- Adhering to infection control practices
- Assessing and addressing health conditions, including identifying mental health changes
Are You the Right Fit?
We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to make a difference. Qualifications include:
- Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program
- Active registration with BCCNM as an LPN
- Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
- Effective communication skills in English
