Your future duties and responsibilities:
You will play a key role in supporting our clients and making a positive impact in their day-to-day operations. You will bring a human touch to the relationship between clients and the company, becoming their trusted advisor.
In a typical day, your main tasks will include:
-Onboarding new payroll service clients and implementing selected complementary modules;
-Analyzing and confirming client needs, ensuring their satisfaction, and performing necessary follow-ups;
-Conducting tests to ensure quality and adherence to the current ISO process;
-Training clients on the use of software and informing them about relevant legislation;
-Assisting clients with their initial payroll runs;
-Performing various administrative tasks, such as billing, managing portal access, documentation, follow-ups, etc.;
-Staying informed about updates and changes impacting our solutions.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
As a payroll solutions expert, you will assist clients via phone and online.
-College diploma (DEC) in administration, accounting, or a related field, or any equivalent combination of education and relevant experience;
-Minimum of four years of experience in payroll;
-Strong customer service skills, along with excellent analytical, planning, and organizational abilities;
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools;
-Completion of the “Understanding Online Payroll Principles” course from Collège Ahuntsic or certification from the National Payroll Institute (an asset);
-Basic accounting knowledge for general ledger integration (an asset);
-Excellent command of written and spoken French;
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $50 –$85 . This role is an existing vacancy.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
