Location: Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Toronto, Kitchener (and surrounding areas) Compensation: $23–$30/hr (based on scope) Schedule: Flexible — you accept the bookings you want About the company: The Noval Clean division of Noval Bloom Inc. specializes in recovery-focused home cleaning designed to support families after childbirth, surgery, or loss. We offer compassionate, judgment-free assistance with everyday tasks to help reduce overwhelm during life’s most challenging transitions. Description: Noval Bloom Inc. is currently hiring independent contractors to support our home-based services team. We are seeking experienced, detail-oriented cleaners who take pride in creating calm, organized environments. You’ll work in private homes, providing general and deep cleaning services tailored to each client's needs. What You’ll Do: - Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and surfaces - Optional: laundry folding, organizing, or light pet area cleanup - Use client-provided supplies or company-provided supplies (you’ll know in advance) - Maintain respect, discretion, and care in each home What You’ll Need: - 6 months of home or commercial cleaning experience - A professional, respectful presence - Excellent time management and attention to detail - Smartphone with data - A warm, nonjudgmental, and grounded personality - Excellent communication and listening skills - Ability to remain emotionally present without trying to “fix” or give advice - Comfortable working in client homes and respecting boundaries - Flexibility in scheduling - A reliable mode of transportation for in-person visits - Willingness to wear neutral/dark solid-coloured clothing and follow scent-free policies - Must be 18 with a valid ID - Clear Vulnerable Sector Check (or willing to obtain one) - Must complete the Noval Bloom Cleaning Onboarding & Training before service We’re looking for dependable, caring individuals who take pride in creating clean, comforting spaces and truly value the families they support.
