Missions principales
Collecter, nettoyer et structurer des données issues de sources diverses (bases de données, API, fichiers logs, etc.).
Concevoir, entraîner et déployer des modèles de machine learning pour résoudre des problématiques métier.
Analyser et visualiser les données pour identifier des tendances, des anomalies et des opportunités d’optimisation.
Collaborer avec les équipes produit, marketing et IT pour définir les indicateurs de performance et les métriques clés.
Communiquer les résultats des analyses à travers des rapports clairs, des tableaux de bord et des présentations impactantes.
Participer à l’amélioration continue des algorithmes et des pipelines de données.
Effectuer une veille technologique constante pour intégrer les dernières innovations en data science.
Contribuer à la mise en place des bonnes pratiques en matière de gestion des données et de gouvernance.
Profil recherché
Bac+5 en data science, statistiques, informatique, mathématiques appliquées ou équivalent.
Expérience significative (2 à 5 ans) en data science, machine learning ou analyse de données.
Excellente maîtrise des langages de programmation tels que Python, R ou Scala.
Solide expérience avec les bibliothèques de machine learning (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost…).
Maîtrise des outils de data visualisation (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, Tableau).
Bonne compréhension des bases de données relationnelles (SQL) et des systèmes distribués (Spark, Hadoop).
Forte capacité d’analyse, esprit critique et aptitude à résoudre des problèmes complexes.
Capacité à vulgariser des concepts techniques pour des publics non techniques.
Compétences supplémentaires appréciées
Connaissance des outils de gestion des données (Pandas, NumPy).
Expérience avec les techniques de NLP (Natural Language Processing) ou Computer Vision.
Maîtrise des environnements cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Notions en data engineering et en big data.
