Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes produit, QA, DevOps et UX/UI pour livrer des solutions robustes, sécurisées et centrées utilisateur.
MISSION :
Participer à la conception technique et fonctionnelle des applications.
Développer des fonctionnalités complexes en respectant les bonnes pratiques de codage, les normes de qualité et les exigences de sécurité.
Optimiser les performances des applications existantes et proposer des améliorations continues.
Assurer le déploiement et le suivi des mises en production en coordination avec les équipes DevOps.
Encadrer techniquement les développeurs juniors et partager votre expertise au sein de l’équipe.
Rédiger et maintenir une documentation technique claire et précise.
Contribuer aux revues de code et au processus d’intégration continue.
Effectuer une veille technologique constante pour faire évoluer les choix techniques de l’entreprise.
Profil recherché :
Diplôme Bac+5 en informatique, génie logiciel ou équivalent.
Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en développement logiciel, dont 2 ans dans un rôle senior.
Maîtrise avancée d’un ou plusieurs langages backend (Java, Python, Node.js, .NET…) et frontend (React, Angular, Vue.js…).
Solide connaissance des architectures logicielles (microservices, API REST, event-driven…).
Maîtrise des bases de données relationnelles et NoSQL.
Expérience avec les outils CI/CD, les tests automatisés et les environnements cloud (AWS, GCP ou Azure).
Fortes compétences en résolution de problèmes, esprit critique et rigueur technique.
Capacité à travailler en équipe, à encadrer et à communiquer efficacement.
Compétences complémentaires appréciées
Expérience en développement mobile ou DevOps.
Participation à des projets open source ou communautaires.
Connaissances en cybersécurité applicative.
