Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Basic hand tools (specialty equipment provided). Salary : $60,000–$80,000 plus performance bonus Paid Time Off Medical spend account Training & professional development Cell phone allowance, mileage reimbursement

We are looking for a skilled General Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate is versatile in residential carpentry, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Perform a range of carpentry tasks including framing, trim, cabinetry, forming, and finishing.
- Interpret blueprints and drawings to execute accurate work.
- Collaborate with Superintendents, Project Managers, Project Coordinators and subcontractors.
- Ensure work meets Alair’s quality standards and complies with codes and safety requirements.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and an organized job site.
- Communicate proactively about site needs or issues.
