Position Overview
Reporting to the Director or designate, the successful candidate is expected to provide customer service to clients in person and over the phone, provide a positive, friendly and welcoming environment for members and visitors, sell memberships and various other services and products, collect fees for products and services, perform opening and/or closing duties as per schedules shifts, schedule various appointments for clients, give informative tours of the facility, and facilitate room set-ups.
