What’s our family like?

We’re a warm, slightly chaotic (but trying our best!) family looking for a part-time nanny to join the team this September. Our kids, Theo (5.5) and Bowie (3) are fun-loving, full of questions, and open to wearing their favourite shirts everyday. We, the grown-ups, are on the hunt for someone who’s kind, creative, and finds joy in the everyday magic of snacks, structure, and sorting things just so.

What are we looking for?

We are hoping to find a nanny who…

• Loves creating order out of chaos like folding laundry sparks joy, and labelling bins gives you a quiet thrill
• Thinks “using up the bits in the fridge” is a fun puzzle, not a burden
• Enjoys meal prepping and love the idea of reducing waste
• Feels passionate about sustainability, efficiency, and making a household hum along smoothly
• Can navigate after-school pick-ups, sibling negotiations, and bedtime transitions like a Zen master

What will you be doing everyday?

• Pick up kids from school (or welcome them home)
• Keep them happy, engaged, safe, and ideally clean-ish
• Light cleaning, laundry, and meal prep
• Bring order, calm, and a little laughter into the afternoon rush
• Be part of our team—not just a helper, but someone who loves seeing a house (and a family) run a little more smoothly because of you

What is required for this role?

• 3 years experience with kids
• Fluent English
• Great communication, reliability, and warmth
• A love for organizing, tidying, and waste-reducing wizardry
• Comfort with household duties
• A sense of humour and deep tolerance for crumbs

What would be nice to have?

• Driver’s license (depending on school logistics)
• Passion for planning, prepping, and maybe even colour-coded lists
• Ability to sneak veggies into meals without raising suspicion
