Momiji Health Care Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the independence, health, and quality of life of senior citizens, primarily of Japanese-Canadian descent. Job Summary: As the Superintendent Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the daily maintenance and operations of the building and premises. You will assist in ensuring that mechanical systems are well-maintained, that the building remains clean and safe, and that tenant needs are addressed efficiently and respectfully. You will also supervise the work of multiple Maintenance Workers and provide essential support during emergencies, maintenance work, and special events. The successful candidate will have practical maintenance skills, excellent judgment, and have strong teamwork skills.
Working Hours: The Company runs seven days per week. This is a full-time, onsite position with varying hours, including occasional overnight, evening, and weekend shifts. You will be working 37.5 hours per week.
