Reporting to the Project Hypercare Manager, the main responsibilities of the incumbent are to ensure the maintenance of newly integrated station service processes and procedures, while providing the necessary support to the champions assigned to each location.

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor on a daily basis the tasks performed by key players in relation to the service in question and, where necessary, propose solutions to meet corporate objectives;
  • Collaborate with station operational team members and the strategy team, participating in the improvement of procedures and work methods related to the services to be maintained;
  • Ensure the conformity of processes for new services implemented at the station, with the aim of facilitating rapid maintenance.
  • Report compliance discrepancies and propose solutions to quickly correct them.
  • Travel to stations across Canada.

Qualifications required :

  • Experience of at least three (3) years in an operations supervision, quality control or similar position, in the transportation industry preferred;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite tools;
  • General computer skills related to the use of a laptop computer;
  • Technical knowledge related to the use of complex tracking tools;
  • Ability to assimilate information rapidly in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with good listening skills (English and French);
  • Excellent stress management and ability to adapt to change;
  • Interpersonal skills, autonomy, resourcefulness, versatility and resilience;
  • Demonstrate aptitude for teamwork, innovation, rigor and customer service
