Your Role: Account ManagerAs an Account Manager, you’ll be the cornerstone of our client relationships, ensuring service excellence while identifying new opportunities for growth. Your goal: to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop account strategies and action plans aligned with client needs and business objectives
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely, high-quality service solutions
Lead business reviews and maintain consistent, clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders
Support onboarding of new clients in collaboration with the business development team
Manage contract budgets, schedules, and ensure profitability
Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve issues
What We’re Looking ForMinimum 5 years of experience as an Account Manager (landscaping industry experience is a strong asset)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Horticulture, Landscaping or related field
Bilingual – fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Aspire, LMN, or Adobe InDesign is a plus
Highly organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
