Choose your preferred work schedule, whether part-time or full-time, with flexible hours and 6-8 weeks of vacation annually. There are no call requirements, allowing you to fully enjoy the picturesque surroundings of Fruitvale or the nearby ski haven of Rossland.

Take advantage of teaching opportunities with medical students and residents through the University of British Columbia. We welcome international medical graduates and those with provisional licenses, offering sponsorship and supervision to support your success.
For new-to-practice physicians, we offer lucrative salaried contracts, caring for up to 800 patients over two years, along with generous recruitment incentives including a $25,000 sign-in bonus and up to $130,000 in debt repayment, encompassing private loans and lines of credit. Compensation is salary, fee for service, or LFP.
