Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Developer with strong full-stack engineering experience and proven leadership skills. You will guide technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality delivery across frontend and backend systems. While blockchain expertise is not mandatory, a solid understanding of blockchain concepts or prior experience in a blockchain-focused company is considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of full-stack applications
• Work hands-on with frontend and backend development using modern tech stacks
• Guide and mentor developers through code reviews, technical decisions, and best practices
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders
• Own technical planning, task breakdowns, and delivery timelines
• Ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and security across systems
• Support integration of blockchain-related components when applicable (wallets, APIs, on-chain data)
• Set engineering standards, documentation practices, and development workflows
