Job Duties:

• Sand, prime, and prepare repaired surfaces for painting.

• Work collaboratively with estimators and painters to ensure efficient workflow and quality standards.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in safe and clean condition.

• Follow all company, manufacturer, and safety guidelines (including PPE use and hazardous materials handling).

• Prepare vehicles or parts for painting, including sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning surfaces.
• Follow manufacturer and shop procedures for surface preparation, application, and curing times.
• Ensure all safety, environmental, and company policies are followed (e.g., proper PPE, ventilation, waste disposal).
• Collaborate with body technicians, estimators, and supervisors to meet production deadlines

Ideal Requirements:

• I-Car Training preferred, or Apprentice

• Autobody Repairer License

• 3-5 years of Autobody experience

• Detail-oriented and demonstrate superior quality in all work produced

• Exceptional awareness and compliance with company safety standards and procedures

• Resourceful with a vision to grow within the company

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, clean environment

• Valid Driver’s License is required
