About the Role :

Arrow Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a  Warehouse Associate / Driver  for our client located in Oshawa,ON.

This is a long-term full-time assignment.If you’re a hardworking individual with warehouse experience and driving skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Title :  Warehouse Associate / Driver

Location :  Oshawa,ON.

Pay Rate :  $23 / hour

Shift :  Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery truck to ensure it is in proper working condition.
  • Follow delivery routes and schedules as assigned to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking documents, invoices, and signatures.
  • Ensure proper handling and securing of products during transport to prevent damage or safety hazards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including managing inventory and reporting discrepancies.
  • Assist in conducting periodic inventory checks and reconciling stock counts.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Perform quality checks on product before loading and unloading to ensure they meet required standards.
  • Coordinate with site managers and clients to confirm delivery details and resolve any issues during deliveries.
  • Assist in training or mentoring new employees on warehouse operations and safety standards, as needed.
  • Communicate with the logistics or dispatch team to update delivery progress and report delays or issues.

    • Requirements :

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Valid G driver’s license with the ability to drive a 24-ft truck.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • CSA-certified safety boots.
  • Must be 25 years or older (insurance requirement).
  • Punctuality and strong attendance are critical
