Position: Veterinary Assistant / Client Service Representative Compensation $19–$25/hour, based on skill level and assessment Schedule Targeting three 12-hour shifts per week Weekdays: 5:00 p.m.
Weekends: Friday 5:00 p.m.

We're looking for someone who truly values the client experience and is dedicated to remaining in a client-facing, front desk–focused role .
You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth communication, compassionate support, and a welcoming environment for every visitor.
This is not a stepping-stone position—it’s a vital role at the heart of our hospital.
Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service and communication Greet clients and pets warmly upon arrival Handle emergency situations with confidence and care Manage multi-line phone system and respond to client inquiries Provide updates to clients on pet status and wait times Present treatment estimates and process payments Support patient admissions, discharges, and medical recordkeeping Maintain cleanliness throughout the hospital Collaborate closely with medical teams to support patient care Additional administrative or support tasks as needed Requirements Prior experience in a veterinary hospital or emergency setting strongly preferred Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a team environment Comfortable using electronic medical records and handling sensitive client information Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role.
