Learning Consultant

Cella by Randstad Digital is currently recruiting on behalf of a top-tier client seeking a Procurement Training & Enablement Specialist for a 3-month contract position. This role is offered on a hybrid schedule, requiring 2–3 days per week in downtown Toronto. In this dynamic role, you will design, build, and maintain high-impact learning resources, job aids, and instructional video content to drive user adoption across enterprise procurement platforms. Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain training assets, quick reference guides, job aids, and process documentation.

Produce engaging instructional videos and multi-media learning materials to drive system adoption.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate complex operational workflows into clear business requirements and learning content.

Audit, reconcile, and update existing documentation repositories using tracking tools like Microsoft Excel to reflect platform updates.

Support change enablement activities, system rollouts, and user adoption initiatives across business operations.

Qualifications
Experience: 3 + years of demonstrated success building instructional courses, process documentation, and user job aids.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 (specifically Word and PowerPoint); experience with Articulate 360 Rise or Power Automate is a strong plus.

Platform Exposure: Knowledge of enterprise platforms (such as Coupa, Zip, or Archer) or procurement operations software is highly advantageous.

Content Creation: Proven ability to produce concise video tutorials, digital learning modules, and clear reference guides (portfolio or work samples preferred).

Core Competencies: Outstanding communication skills, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and the agility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Communications, Business, Instructional Design, or a related discipline preferred.
