Nanny Wanted - Seeking Full Time Nanny In Lake Country Starting August 2025

My husband and I are seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic nanny to provide full-time (M-F, 7:30AM-3:30PM) care for our 1-year old and 3-year old sons. We anticipate requiring care for 12 months, and potentially longer (negotiable). Our 3 year-old son will be attending preschool two days a week. Our nanny will be primarily responsible for providing a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for our children to grow and learn. We value outdoor play and creativity with no screen time. We expect our nanny to provide light cleaning and meal prep, as needed for the children's day-to-day activities. Care will be provided in our home, only steps from Beasley Park, a public beach, and the local Strong Start program is a short drive away. Both parents work remote and will typically working from our home offices each day. Key Responsibilities: Create a safe and nurturing environment; engage in age-appropriate activities and play; provide basic needs such as feeding and changing diapers; monitor the child’s development and provide updates / recommendations as needed; drive children to nearby play groups (such as strong start, library, etc.); tidy area after play, feeding, etc. Qualifications: Experience in early childhood care; energetic, fun-loving, and passionate about working with children; knowledgeable about childhood development, behaviour management, and age-appropriate activities; excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with the parents; must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel to work; and must provide references.
