Job description

Our client, a leading provider of shared mobility services, is seeking a Fleet Support Worker to join their team. As a Fleet Support Worker, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting fleet maintenance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Fleet Support Worker
Location: Langford, BC
Pay: $20/hr
Shift:
Wednesday to Sunday, 8 AM - 4 PM with one hour unpaid break
1 month assignment

What's the Job?

  • Support operations by relocating fleet vehicles, swapping batteries, and assisting with device servicing in Langford.
  • Inspect and maintain shared e-bikes, e-scooters, helmets, and signage for safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
  • Perform battery swaps, monitor charging stations, and ensure all equipment is operational and well-maintained.
  • Provide friendly customer support during field interactions with Members and assist with troubleshooting device issues.
  • Support warehouse inventory management, prepare fleet units for deployment, and participate in special projects as needed.

What's Needed?

  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience driving large vans and performing vehicle inspections.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift items over 70 lbs.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
