Job description
Hello there! I'm Rio, a homeowner in Vancouver, British Columbia, and I'm currently in search of a reliable, long-term housekeeper to help keep my home in tip-top shape. Since the house has been vacant for about a year, the job will begin with a thorough initial deep cleaning, followed by regular, ongoing maintenance. Schedule & Commitment Frequency: 2 to 3 times a week (days/hours can be flexible and discussed). Commitment: Long-term. We are looking for someone who wants a stable, ongoing position. Probationary Period: The first month will be a trial period. If everything goes well and we are a good fit for each other, we will transition into a long-term arrangement. Key Responsibilities General Cleaning: Maintaining bathrooms, handling dishes, making beds, vacuuming, mopping, and ensuring all general rooms are tidy. Specialized Tasks: Shampooing carpets (as needed) and occasionally washing windows to keep our Vancouver views sparkling. Kitchen Care: General kitchen tidying, plus periodic deep cleaning of appliances (including the fridge). What We Offer & Requirements Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience (DOE). Please feel free to include your expected rate in your message.
