• Graduate in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
• Registered in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia.
• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings is a plus.
• IMS/Dry Needling certification or advanced orthopedic courses are an asset.
• Newly licensed graduates are welcome to apply!
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Proven ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

Your Role & Impact:

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on clinical reasoning.
• Evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care.
• Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic.
• Use e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
• Manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skill development.
