Thebination of a realistic billable target and hybrid work model also supports a balanced and sustainable long-term career.In this role, you will support lawyers across a broad range of litigation matters from file opening through to resolution or trial, working on diverse and engaging files. You will be responsible for drafting and preparing pleadings, motion records, affidavits, and other court documents, as well as managing filings through Ontario e-filing platforms such as Civil Submissions Online and Caselines. The position involves coordinating discoveries, mediations, pre-trials, and trial preparation, while maintaining organized file systems and tracking critical deadlines to ensurepliance with procedural requirements. You will alsomunicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and external service providers, and assist with legal and factual research as needed.What you'll need to succeed
