Job description
Our client, a leading organization in the Information Systems and Technology sector, is seeking an IS&T Site Coordinator to join their team. As an IS&T Site Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations team supporting various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Coordinate and oversee tickets and escalations for customers located in plant operations.
- Deliver end-to-end visibility of IS&T Services from an operational perspective.
- Collaborate with other IS&T teams for incident resolution or project delivery.
- Gather IS&T service feedback from the site and work with IS&T Business Partners to address issues.
- Support the identification and mitigation of risks affecting IS&T assets at the sites.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent.
- Experience working on an Operations team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Broad understanding of IT equipment and systems.
