We are an agricultural manufacturer specializing in the production of TMR mixers, spreaders, and dump boxes. With over 25 years in business, we’ve established ourselves as a trusted builder of innovative, durable farm equipment.
We operate two production facilities in Ontario, located in Glencoe and Thamesville. Our team is focused on building quality equipment through a practical, hands-on approach, where people take pride in their work and hold a high standard for how the job gets done.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical assembly of agricultural equipment and components across multiple product lines.
Working from drawings and build documentation, you will install and connect components, verify system function, and ensure assemblies meet specification and quality expectations. As part of a coordinated production team, you will help maintain production output while supporting the consistent build quality our customers depend on.

You may have experience assembling equipment, working with hydraulic or electrical systems, or interpreting technical drawings. You’re comfortable handling large components safely, keeping materials organized, and communicating with your team when issues arise.
You work well with others, adapt when priorities shift, and contribute to maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive shop floor.
