Responsibilities
Vos responsabilités
Rattaché(e) directement à l'équipe de direction, vos tâches quotidiennes seront variées et toucheront à la fois l'administration générale, le soutien aux ventes et la comptabilité de base.
Soutien aux ventes et administration générale :
Gestion des soumissions : Créer, réviser et envoyer les soumissions aux clients, en répondant aux demandes spécifiques de l'équipe
Accueil et service client : Répondre aux appels téléphoniques, filtrer et acheminer les demandes de manière professionnelle.
Logistique de bureau : Gérer le courrier entrant/sortant, préparer et envoyer les échantillons aux clients, et voir à l'organisation et l'approvisionnement du matériel de bureau.
Soutien comptable de base
Suivi des documents : Réviser et valider les bons de commande (workorders) et les factures transmises.
Comptes payables : Créer et saisir les factures de comptes payables
Opérations bancaires :
Effectuer les dépôts de chèques et traiter les TEF (Transferts Électroniques de Fonds).
Réaliser les conciliations bancaires mensuelles (validation des dépôts, TEF, paies, etc.).
Prendre en charge les tâches bancaires diverses (impression du grand livre, régularisation des transactions obsolètes

Profil recherché
Expérience au sei d'un poste similaire
Langues : Excellentes compétences en communication. Le bilinguisme (français/anglais) est essentiel pour communiquer avec nos clients et partenaires, de l'extérieur du Québec et partenaires de l'Ontario. et des Etats-Unis sur une base quotidienne.
Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des outils informatiques de base (Word, Excel, Outlook). à l'aise avec les chiffres et les systèmes comptables.
Qualités personnelles : Grand sens de l'organisation, rigueur, minutie et grande autonomie. Vous êtes capable de gérer plusieurs dossiers de front avec efficacité.
