  • Contribute to hydrogeological analyses, conceptual site models, visualizations, and technical recommendations that support project success.
  • Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and proposal support materials while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Champion a strong safety culture by adhering to WSP and client health and safety procedures in both field and office environments.
  • Grow your expertise through senior mentorship, technical development opportunities, and exposure to projects that create lasting impact for communities and the environment.

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • Bachelor's degree in Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Eligibility for registration as a Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.), Geoscientist-in-Training (GIT), or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) in Ontario.
  • Ability to perform fieldwork in varying weather conditions and remote locations.
  • Valid unrestricted Ontario Class G Driver's License (or equivalent), a clean driving record, and access to a vehicle.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems effectively, and communicate technical information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies, systems, and hydrogeological techniques while contributing to a high-performing team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate degree or post-graduate education with knowledge of hydrogeological principles and concepts.
