Technical Lead

The Advanced Imaging group develops both full custom and semi-custom image sensors, focal plane arrays, and cameras for Airborne & Space applications. As the Technical Leader of one or more projects, you will be responsible for their overall technical success by ensuring the final product meets customer specifications, and ensuring technical risk is managed / mitigated. Working hand-in-hand with the Project Manager, you will lead a team that may include sensor / electronics / mechanical design specialists, process engineers, and test specialists.

To be successful in this role, what we're looking for in you is :

• Broad knowledge of systems engineering, process engineering, electronics design, mechanical design, and optics
• Understanding of semiconductor theory and CMOS image sensors
• Must be a strong team player, as well as be able to work independently
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Report writing is essential.
• Understanding of Design for Manufacturability and Reliability engineering
• Experience preparing & revising technical reports and project documents
