Job description

CSN Dayton  has an excellent opportunity for an  Auto Glass Technician  to join the team at our location in Kelowna, BC.  This role supports the removal and installation of glass throughout the course of repairs. This role requires some travel to support Lift Auto Group owned / operated CSN Collision Centre’s in Kelowna and surrounding areas. Career Overview / Responsibilities :

  • Maintain management systems according to company SOP’s.
  • Participate in daily production meetings.
  • Prepare vehicle for windshield repairs and replacement.
  • Ensure recalibrations of the advanced driver assistance system (ADAS).
  • Ensure a detailed and quality repair for each vehicle.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures along with industry proficient standards.
  • Other duties as required by Location Manager.

Requirements

  • Previous auto glass installation experience is required.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail and desire to strive for excellence.
  • Knowledge with calibration and ADAS systems is an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Valid Class 5 drivers license required.
