Position Details: Job Type : part-time, permanent Vacancy : This posting is for an existing vacancy (replacement for a currently unfilled position) Compensation : $18.50-$20.00 per hour + $1 wage premium for nights AI Disclosure : We do not use artificial intelligence in the screening or selection of applicants for this position.

• What You’ll Be Doing As a Night Auditor, you’ll provide attentive guest service and help keep hotel operations running smoothly overnight.

Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming guests and creating a positive experience Responding to guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally Reviewing daily records, guest accounts, receipts, and vouchers Checking in-house guest accounts for accuracy and completeness Preparing financial records and reports in accordance with Carmen’s Group procedures Advancing front desk systems to the next business day Addressing guest concerns with courtesy and professionalism Promoting rooms and hotel services using effective sales techniques Using sound judgment and providing leadership during overnight shifts The Hospitality You Bring to Every Stay 1–2 years of experience in a hotel setting, ideally as a Guest Services Agent or Night Auditor Valid Smart Serve certification required Availability to work overnight shifts from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, including weekdays and weekends Friendly, professional, and committed to providing excellent customer service Strong problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills A college or university education in hospitality management is an asset Experience with hotel property management systems is an asset Why Work for Carmens Group?
