We value innovation, teamwork, and quality in everything we do. The Role We are looking for Professional Painters to join our team in Medicine Hat. This role works as part of a team to organize and stage product using an industrial monorail system through the phases of powder coating, sand blasting, washing, application, and baking.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand how powder coat painting worksOperate the Blast Booth Operate hand tools, grinders, air sanders, and paint gunsOperate all facets of the paint ovensOperate the air compressorRead and comprehend blueprintsMaintain good housekeeping practicesEnsure quality, as outlined in our Quality Manual, is inherent in all tasks performedQualificationsMinimum of Grade 12 or equivalent educationMinimum of 2 years of paint and finishing experience; preference given to powder coatingBasic reading, writing and math skillsThe ability to understand production instructions and drawingsStrong organizational skillsReady to Join S3?
